Arc-One
Pricing

Fixed-price products. The first one is free.

Every price below is agreed before work starts and does not move. The plan and the demo cost nothing, so you decide with a working thing in front of you rather than a proposal.

Arc zero

The plan

Free

Born from the consultation. A written plan for your first arc, and a working demo app on your data before you spend anything.

  • 45-minute consultation & planning session
  • A one-page plan: the problem, the number, the date
  • A demo app built against your real data
  • No obligation, no fee, no follow-up sequence

Yours to keep whether or not you go ahead.

Arc one

The build

£12,000fixed

Everything in the plan, built, integrated and handed over with the source. One number, agreed before we start, and it does not move.

  • Fixed scope, fixed date, fixed price
  • Built around the systems you already run
  • Source, credentials, docs and a walkthrough
  • Overruns are ours, not yours

Placeholder figure. Set in the scope document.

Arc one plus

Build & hold

£12,000+ £2,000 / mo

The build, then we stay: the system is measured monthly, kept current, and extended as the next arc comes into view.

  • Everything in the build
  • Monthly measurement against the number we agreed
  • Priority on the next arc
  • Cancel any month

Placeholder figures. Retainer starts after handover.

Hold

Maintenance

from £500/ mo

For a system we built, or one you already have: kept patched, monitored and answered for. Optional, and it stays optional.

  • Monitoring and patching
  • A named person who answers inside a working day
  • Small changes included, larger ones quoted
  • Cancel any month

Placeholder figure. Priced to the system.

Figures marked placeholder are from the working offer notes and are not yet decided.

How we work

Four steps. You can stop after any of them.

Step 1

Understand the problem

How the business runs, where it stalls, what is already in place, and what is actually costing time or money.

System check
Process check
Manual work
Repetitive tasks
Analysing current workflow…
Step 2

Plan it, price it, prove it

A one-page plan with the number and the date on it, and a demo app on your data so you decide with evidence rather than a proposal.

Step 3

Build & integrate

Around the tools, data and workflows you already use. Replacing a working system is expensive and rarely the shortest route.

Step 4

Hand over & measure

Source, credentials, documentation and a recorded walkthrough. Then we measure whether it did what the plan said it would.

The guarantee

You will never get a second invoice.

The number you approve is the number you are invoiced. If the work takes us longer than we estimated, that is our cost. If you change what you asked for, you get a separate quote before anyone starts — priced and dated, never added on quietly.

Terms

The awkward questions, answered on the page.

What does the fixed price cover?

Everything in the scope document we both sign: the build, the integration, the handover and the fixes. Not a day rate with a cap. One number.

What if we change what we asked for?

A separate quote for the addition, priced and dated before anyone touches it. The original number does not move.

What if it takes you longer than you said?

We absorb it. You find out we were wrong because the date moved, never because the invoice did.

What if the delay is at our end?

The date moves and the price does not.

What do we get at handover?

Source, credentials, infrastructure in accounts you own, documentation and a recorded walkthrough. Enough for someone who is not us to pick it up.

What if we want to stop?

Stop at any stage boundary. You pay for what was delivered and keep everything built, including the source.

Bring the problem you have already failed to fix.

No fee. We tell you what your first arc is and what it costs, and you decide.
